Return & Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer

How to Initiate a Return Email us at theleatherfitllc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover the cost in full.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors subject to availability. Contact us at theleatherfitllc@gmail.com to request an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
